'GRAMPIANS NATIONAL PARK'

The night before we actually went to see the Grampians, Rob, Johan and me went to a pub in Dunkeld which cost 4 million dollar to build. Very strange, as Dunkeld is only a very small place. But it was good. There was a guy singing and playing the guitar and in his break I was allowed to play four songs. Went really good actually... Great!

On our way to the Grampians we experienced some other amazing sky sceneneries. One of them....

The Grampians was well worth it again. We spent two days over there. The first day we went to see the Wonderland Range which was very nice. It is a very nice walk where you pass the 'Grand Canyon' and 'Silent Street' and have a superb view at the top at the 'Pinnacle'. Shot a picture where I risked my life by sitting on a overheading rock with a depth underneath me of about 1000 meter...

.....

That night we camped at Borough Huts, where we built a nice and warm fire and had a few drinks.

The next day we went to 'Boroka Lookout'. You have a big view from there. It was not to bad.

After that visit we went to see the famous 'Balconies'. That was nice, but then I also realised that it is very easy to manipulate with pictures. Thought it was a very scary place to stand and difficult to reach, but it was neither of that. Though very nice. The hilltops seem endless from there...

That afternoon we payed a visit to the McKenzie Falls. A big fall with is very cool.

It was a big day that day as we went to see Mount Hallow as well. It was quite a walk but again you have a superb view on top.

It sounds a bit stupid, but at that time it all seemed a bit the same. We've been to so many things beautiful places and seen so many beautiful things in a short time. You're actually feel a little ashamed by that, because you know people would find it all amazing...

After a big day we finally settled down at another basic campsite with another barbie and fire...

After this we were on our way to Adelaide for registration.

The Grampians are definitely worth to pay a visit to. If you are tavelling between Adelaide and Melbourne, it is a top route to see both the Grampians National Park and Port Campbell National Park. Well, a very good thing to do indeed!...
