'NITMILUK KATHERINE GORGE NATIONAL PARK'

After leaving Lichfield we headed to Nitmiluk Katherine Gorge National Park. There we bumped in into some old relatives. Was funny, one of them was Jurgen "Backpakerrrrrrsssss'. We met him in Jugiong, then 5 months later on the road near Ayers Rock and now again. But I'll tell you, it wasn't the last time...

We had some trouble with our keycards again, so we didn't had money to spend. That's why we skipped our kayaking tour and instead we did a walk around the Gorge. It was a great walk but it was quite hot...

That evening we camped at the Edit Falls. It was a shame that the host of the campsite visited us after we tried to slip in. We had to pay...

The next morning we wentto the fall for a swim. It was quite a swim and I'm glad we didn't catch up with any crocodiles.
We were not the only swimmers, we had company of a kangaroo. A very rare appearance as I heard from the natives...
