'NIMBIN'

It was about an hour drive from Byron Bay. The first thing that happened as we opened to door of our car is that we were offered some drugs...

The museum was just a few meters away. It was top! I couldn't imagine it was like this. Didn't know what to expect at all, but this was just what Nimbin is all about. The drugs and flower power scene... In, I think 1980, they had the "Aquarius Festival', the Woodstock of Australia. The people are still living like in that time, they just stuck around.

The wierd and wonderful museum has a collection of everything: spiderwerbs, lego, papers, the most stupid things, but it's brilliant, you must see it yourself!...
There is also someone walking around selling cookies, so you don't have to worry about that either...

So after a few hours in Nimbim we left to see a big fall...

Though we were only there for maybe a few hours it is definitely worthwhile to pay it a visit. Along with Byron Bay it is the Amsterdam of Australia if you're looking for that liberty and freedom...
