'THE WHITSUNDAY ISLAND NATIONAL PARK'

Main thing was ofcourse the Whistsundays. A group of Island just off the coast. Instead of a three day sailing trip we did a one day one. Think just as good as well.

The wheather was a bit windy but we had sunshine. First we got near to Hook Island where we went snorkling. That was top! Diving is superbe, but this is as nice as well. We spent about an hour or two over there.

After the snorklingsession we went to see one of the highlights of the Whitsundays: Whitehaven beach. This beach got sand which you could see from the sky and it never gets (too) hot because it reflects sunlight. The water is so clear that you think you can drink it, but I would not dare doing that as it is seawater.

After some relaxing over there we got back to Airlie Beach.

It was a great trip. It's amazing over there. Definitely not worse than the stories. Another place you just cannot miss out on....
